Juan N. Kawas and Brother
Don Juan N. Kawas, together with his brother Don Jorge N. Kawas, founded the company Juan N. Kawas y Hermano.
Expansion
Ferretería Kawas, S.A. and Motores y Accesorios Kawas S.A. are founded.
New company name
The company name will now be JUAN N. KAWAS & CIA. SUCS.
New generation
Mr. Selim J. Kawas passes away. His heirs decide to sell his shares in the three companies.
The beginnings
Don Juan Nicolás Kawas (R.I.P.) emigrated to Honduras from Belén, Palestine.

The brothers separated by mutual agreement and Don Juan N. Kawas continued his career alongside his children.
